Butterball LLC and Weekly Reader have developed “Celebrate Agriculture,” a set of classroom learning materials designed to educate children about the importance of responsible agriculture.
Butterball’s “Celebrate Agriculture” Weekly Reader program will provide educational materials to over 200,000 teachers and 6 million students in grades three through six. The program includes math, nutrition and science activities for students, as well as a teacher’s guide with step-by-step instructions for incorporating the activities into their lesson plans.
