Pilgrim's Pride will hold its annual shareholders meeting on Dec. 17, 2010.

The purpose of the meeting will be to review the company's performance during fiscal year 2009. Shareholders will also elect directors for the coming year and ratify the appointment of the chosen accounting firm for the current fiscal year.
