The seventh annual Ross Asian Association (RAA) meeting was held in Kyoto, Japan.
The event, which focused on poultry economics, was attended by 63 people from 19 different countries. Several presentations were given on Asian market trends, the evolution of agriculture with regards to feeding a growing consumer base and other aspects of the produce industry.
“The meeting gives delegates and Aviagen personnel a unique platform to meet industry peers and share experiences and common concerns and plan for the future of the industry for the next five, 10 and 15 years," said Bill Souther, senior vice president of Aviagen.
