Granga Castellets wins Golden Pig with Diamond award for second year running

Granga Castellets was presented with the Golden Pig with Diamond award for the second year running at the 17th annual Porc d'Or (Golden Pig) Awards organized by the Institute for Food and Agricultural Research and Technology (IRTA). The Golden Pig awards recognize pig farms that exceed industry challenges through professionalism, effort and the best production techniques.

Granga Castellets was presented with the Golden Pig with Diamond award for the second year running at the 17th annual Porc d'Or (Golden Pig) Awards organized by the Institute for Food and Agricultural Research and Technology (IRTA).

The Golden Pig awards recognize pig farms that exceed industry challenges through professionalism, effort and the best production techniques. "An award like this makes you forget all the bitter moments you have overcome," said Granga Castellets Director Manel Berenguer.

Granga Castellets also won a gold award in the category of Numerical Production and a silver award for Live Births.
