Wendy's/Arby's Group Inc. is looking into the possibility of selling Arby's and focusing more on expanding its Wendy's chain, according to reports.

The group had originally stated its intention to lower prices on Arby's menu, which has traditionally been more expensive than many other fast-food chains. Now, however, the group is considering simply shedding the 3,700-restaurant chain. According to Group Chairman Nelson Peltz, the company believes that the best way to maximize shareholder value is to concentrate its efforts on Wendy's.
