Dr. Donald Conner, professor and head of the Department of Poultry Science at Auburn University, will serve as the Chair of the Food Safety Scientific Advisory Council for the United Egg Producers on food safety matters including the proposed updating of the Five-Star Egg Safety Program.
It is hoped that the activities of Dr. Conner and his distinguished panel of scientific experts will add creditability to the UEP Food Safety Program.
