Pfizer appoints Stuart Andrews as veterinary manager for UK, Ireland

Stuart Andrews has been appointed veterinary manager for Pfizer Poultry Health for the UK and Ireland — a new position following the company’s acquisition of Fort Dodge. Andrews, who joined Pfizer in 2004 as part of its animal products research and development team at Sandwich, Kent, has more than 30 years’ experience in dealing with aspects of disease control.

Stuart Andrews has been appointed veterinary manager for Pfizer Poultry Health for the UK and Ireland — a new position following the company’s acquisition of Fort Dodge.

Andrews, who joined Pfizer in 2004 as part of its animal products research and development team at Sandwich, Kent, has more than 30 years’ experience in dealing with aspects of disease control. In his research with Pfizer, Andrews has worked with pig and poultry vaccines on a European scale.
