MTech Systems has reached agreement with Food Chain Partners Worldwide Ltd. to form a UK-based company, MTech Systems Europe Ltd., aimed at developing sales through Europe and other markets outside North and South America.
“We are excited about adding the consulting service to our offering as I feel this now gives our clients the ability to plan the supply chain, measure performance and costs and derive enhanced benefits from our software systems,” said MTech Senior Vice President Simon Cohen.
Jim Johnston and Steve Parsons, the founders of Food Chain Partners, said they are looking forward to the partnership. “There is a very good fit with MTech — I have known the company and indeed operated with their software," said Johnston. "This new business will allow us to support the client base with consulting services at boardroom level and throughout their businesses, providing practical solutions from our team of experienced specialist resources.”
