Informa Economics Inc. has recently hired several new staff members, announced promotions and completed recent reorganizations within the company.
Rita Carreira was hired as a statistician within Informa's livestock, meat, poultry and dairy group, focusing on modeling efforts associated with the MarginQuest program. Riley Higby and Chen Liu are the newest members of the company's project consulting group and Clay Lee joined Informa's Memphis office as a feed grains analyst in the company's crops group.
Crystal Carpenter was promoted to senior consultant in Informa's project consulting group, where her responsibilities are research and analyses in support of projects for a range of consulting clients; and Jon Hall was promoted to vice president and director of information technology, directing the company's economics' information technology services.
As part of the company's reorganization efforts, Senior Vice President James Allwood was named director of sales and marketing in charge of the company's sales activities. Senior Vice President Ken Eriksen was named the leader of Informa's economics' transportation, industrials and energy services group; and Senior Vice President Juan Sacoto was named leader of the company's project consulting group.
