Petersime has introduced its new e-shop, an Internet-based tool that allows customers to order any spare part from the company's product range.

The e-shop consists of an interface with clear pictures or drawings, which allows customers to quickly and accurately identify the necessary spare part, according to the company. The site automatically routes order requests to the right distributor or Petersime office.

The e-shop is available in 24 languages, and more languages will be added in the future. All Petersime customers are automatically given access. “With this e-shop, we now have another tool to support our customers 24 hours a day, seven days a week in running their hatchery,” said Kurt Haeck, service manager. “The intuitive user interface and the availability of this tool in many languages make it ideally suitable for our worldwide customer base.”
