Mountaire Farms, in Lumber Bridge, N.C., will be opening of a state-of-the-art freezer and warehouse facility by the end of March.
According to Scott Varner, the director of processing operations, the new facility will give the company access to on-site product processing and freezing. “This huge addition to our growing company will allow us to freeze over 1 million pounds per day and supply customers in the U.S. and around the world with fresh, high quality product,” said Varner.
