ATR to expand grain production with new mill

Feed mill to be built in Denmark

German feed and grain company Arp, Thordsen, Rautenberg GmbH & Co. KG has announced an agreement to build a new feed mill in the Danish port of Aarhus, according to Grovvarenyt in Denmark.

The new Aarhus facility is expected to have the capacity for producing 200,000 metric tons of feeds per year for pigs, poultry and cattle. ATR already operates five production facilities to serve northern and eastern Germany while trading in Denmark through its local subsidiary, ATR Landhandel.
