The Association of German Poultry Industry is looking for young professionals, interested in poultry industry leadership roles, to participate in a ten-month trainee program.
The training, sponsored by Cobb Germany, Lohmann Animal Breeding, the PHW Group, Wiesenhof and Wimex, includes a DLG Academy and Giessen Institute of Agribusiness seminar and a practical role in ZDG member companies, providing participants with a framework for studying the requirements needed for executives in the poultry industry. The scheme is aimed at young professionals with a college or university degree based on agricultural science or veterinary science, or alternatively with a college degree and work experience in the poultry industry; good German language skills are essential. Sponsoring companies give the participants a trainee salary and cover program charges.
The deadline for applications is July 15. For more information on the program, contact Johannes Ritz.
