Broiler seminars focusing on global growth, nutrition and environmental strategies, organized by Cobb, were attended by more than 130 broiler farmers and poultry specialists.
The events, co-sponsored by Cobb Germany and Czech hatcheries Mach and Xavergen, included talks on:
- the role of the poultry industry in providing for the growing global population;
- the importance of accurate temperatures during transport and brooding;
- light programs and nutritional strategies — key factors in successful broiler growing; and
- the importance of ventilation and heating in achieving good environmental conditions.
