EW Nutrition GmbH has acquired 51% of the shares in GRASP Indústria e Comércio Ltda. The two companies have entered into a partnership to combine two science-based product portfolios in the field of functional feed additives.
GRASP will market the EW Nutrition product portfolio in Brazil. EW Nutrition’s product range includes functional egg proteins, probiotics, silage inoculants and specialty feeds. EW Nutrition will also take over the international distribution of GRASP’s product lines.

Alysson Hoffmann Pegoraro, managing director of GRASP, will continue to lead and keep a 49% share in the company.
