Livestock company China Modern Agriculture signed a letter of intent to acquire Shangzhi Yulong Cattle Co., in an effort to increase fresh milk production by an estimated 30,000 tons annually.

As part of the deal, China Modern will purchase 100% equity ownership of the cattle company, held by Harbin Jinshangjing Technology Investment Co.
