South Africa investigates alleged dumping of Brazil chicken

South Africa is investigating the alleged dumping of frozen whole chickens and boneless cuts from Brazil, according to Thembinkosi Gamlashe, spokesman for South Africa's International Trade Administration Commission. The investigation began in June and is expected to be completed in nine to 12 months.

The investigation began in June and is expected to be completed in nine to 12 months. Initial allegations, which surfaced three years ago, included all poultry products from Brazil but have since been narrowed to focus only on specific supplies.
