Corn and other ingredients, including DDGS, must be assayed to verify the presence and the amount of mycotoxin present
Corn and dried distiller’s grain (DDG) produced from corn are likely sources of potential contamination with mycotoxins. The principal species include the fungal pathogens of corn including Gibberella, Aspergillus, Fusarium and Penicillin.
