I did not make it to Prague for the 20th European Symposium on Poultry Nutrition (ESPN) this last August, and I regret it, but for those of us who missed this rare event, here is a link that will lead you to the proceedings. A very short blog this week, but I trust the ESPN proceedings will keep you busy for a long time. I know it will take me until Christmas to go through them!
Below is a very brief list of topics that drew my attention. I believe it will be good reading to refresh our poultry nutrition basic knowledge and even learn what is new. The first presentation listed below, the one on the relevance of gut microbiota for digestion, was the topic of a meeting I attended last week, and let me assure you, I will be writing more about this issue in the near future.
