As 2020 came to an end, I think we all found ourselves hopeful for positive change in 2021. With that said, I am happy to be a part of writing the content for the new weekly briefing that WATT will be providing, Egg Industry Insight.
It has been a true pleasure to work with many of our readers over the past several years on Egg Industry Magazine and I look forward to the opportunity to work with each resource even more through the generation of more egg-related articles than before.
Egg industry Insight will report on and analyze developments in layer and pullet nutrition, health and management. Egg and egg product marketing and processing will also be investigated and covered. Everything from consumer trends impacting how hens are raised, how and where eggs are consumed, and everything in between will be presented for your consideration.
Have no fear, the yearly Egg Top Company Survey results will continue to be published as a special issue each January. We believe this publication is a valuable resource for our readers and it will continue to be a must read issue.
