Who will speak for the poultry industry if we don’t?

The poultry industry must, as one, step up its communication efforts and stop being the victim of those with other agendas.

A key part of the International Poultry Council's (IPC) role is to ensure that the sector’s long-term ambitions do not, somehow, become lost. Adversarial politics may not be what the IPC is about, but we are struggling to move away from that in a media world where content is king; and the poultry meat industry is under constant bombardment.
