Where next for the global poultry industry? There can be no denying that the industry has notched up considerable successes, globally, regionally and locally, or that the sector’s outlook is positive. The environment within which the industry operates, however, like the industry itself, continues to evolve, and with this evolution there are ongoing and emerging challenges.
