The newly designed Lubing OvoTrac-60 Belt Conveyor System is capable of handling up to 750 cases of eggs per hour. Measuring 60 inches wide and coming in lengths as long as 2,200 feet, its cantilever design keeps the drive out of the processing area. Belts are approved by the USDA and FDA and can be purchased with UV inhibitors, are fire retardant and have antimicrobial properties. The conveyor system also features automatic tension with self-adjusting pneumatic take-up, spherical bearings that offer prolonged shaft life and improve tracking, self-adjusting Urethane scrapers and a new egg transfer assembly that allows tool-free precision adjustments.
