Neogen Mustard Allergen Test Kit

Neogen has expanded its line of food allergen test kits to include a test for mustard. The Veratox for Mustard Allergen test kit is intended for the quantitative or qualitative analysis of mustard proteins in food products such as spices, sauces, dressings, meats and clean-in-place rinses. It returns results in the range of 2.5 to 25 parts per million.
