AquaGlobe offers the Bite Ball Valve for lactating sows. With this design, the producer can use a large valve with a high flow rate combined with the smaller 1/2-inch wall brackets. AquaGlobe reports a comparison of the bite ball valves with conventional bite valves by the Swedish Institute of Agricultural Engineering, in which the bite ball valves were found to spill 40% less water.
