Poet Nutrition works with biochemists and animal nutrition experts to reap the most value from a bushel of corn. The company's Dakota Gold BPX process allows the production of ethanol without heating or “cooking” the mash to gelatinize the starch, resulting in improved physical characteristics such as higher density (improved storage/haul capability), more uniform particle size, and easier pelleting.
