The OptiLoader from Sanovo Technology Group is available in two models with rotary systems for compact installations. The OptiLoader 12 has a capacity of 300 cph or 108,000 eggs per hour, and the SL OptiLoader has a capacity of 150 chp or 54,000 eggs per hour. Both loaders handle all types of hen eggs and trays. Gentle handling of eggs is achieved using electronically controlled gear motors. Suction heads operate with a two-step blow-back system for delivery and cleaning.
