The TNI Packaging Mr. I.M. Dunn disposable food thermometer is used for all meat or poultry items to help to prevent foodborne illnesses. Temperature ranges are from 145F to 185F, and the top will pop when the correct temperature is reached. Mr. I.M. Dunn should be placed in the thickest part of the meat, never touching the bone, fats or gristle. It is made of food grade plastic and meets all USDA, FDA and CFFA requirements.
