Van Gent hardwood slatted floor is designed for the welfare of layers and layer breeders/heavy breeders. The floors have a long lifespan and are easy to install. The wood is planed on four sides, has rounded corners and the floors are constructed with stainless steel staples, offering a safe place for the hens. The base of the hardwood slatted floor is available in wood or galvanized steel. Van Gent hardwood slatted floor is available in the standard size of 1.20 x 1.00 m with a slat distance of 25 mm or 20 mm with durability class 1. It is possible to integrate the slatted floor with perches.
