Intervet Schering-Plough Animal Health MaxiVac Excell 5.0 vaccine

Intervet Schering-Plough Animal Health offers MaxiVac Excell 5.0 vaccine. This reformulation of the MaxiVac Excell 3 vaccine can now control five strains of the swine influenza virus (SIV). It is designed for use in healthy swine at least five weeks of age and it requires swine to be revaccinated with a 2 mL dose two to three weeks after initial vaccination.
