Kelley offers the Hulk Rail Lift, a self-contained, surface-mounted lift designed for areas lacking the space for a conventional dock lift. The Lift is available in 4,000 and 6,000-pound capacities and can lift up to 84 inches. Platform sizes go down to 4 feet by 5 feet and the lift's lowered height is 4.5 inches.
