McCormick & Company for Chefs offers Lawry’s Wings & Things seasoning mixes, available in four versatile, on-trend flavors for foodservice: Mango Habanero, Spicy Buffalo, Sriracha and Zesty Lemon & Pepper. The seasonings can be used straight out of the bottle for a dry-seasoned wing with even coverage, or simply add water to make a wet sauce. They are also ideal flavor enhancers for menu items beyond wings, including proteins, vegetables and more. Depending on flavor, one bottle seasons 65 to 89 pounds of wings.
