Approved by the AOAC Research Institute, the NeoColumn is an immunoaffinity column that isolates total aflatoxins in commodities like corn, corn by-products, peanuts and tree nuts. The toxin is extracted from a ground sample by blending and filtering, then diluted and applied to the column. The column captures any aflatoxin present so it can be collected for evaluation.
