Automated Process Equipment offers a batch control system. The system is PC-based and runs off of a QNX4 operating system, compatible wit either an ethernet of fiber optic network. It's multi-tasking environment allows for simultaneously opened control screens, and the system can be remotely accessed to applications from Windows systems, the company says. The control system generates reports for ingredient usage, production totals, alarms, receipts and more.
