Carroll Manufacturing & Sales offers the disposable Flavor seal Frock for food-service and food processing environments. The one-piece garment is the first disposable barrier-control garment with apron and sleeves attached. According to a study conducted by a large meat processor, traditional white butcher coats contain bacteria after several uses and can re-introduce ‘old’ bacteria into a sterilized plant. The new coat reduces the risk of bacterial contamination. Tested to the highest standards, the USDA-accepted frock is allowed within facilities for direct food contact. The coat is made of embossed, 3-mm polyethylene that repels liquids and offers warmth while being light in weight. The one-size-fits-all frock is available in white, yellow, light blue or dark blue.
