FiveF Alka Alkafibre feed solution

FiveF Alka Alkafibre is a feed solution product produced from the processing of oatfeed pellets with Home n’ Dry. The process releases ammonia, which acts on the fiber in the oatfeed, improving its nutritional properties. During processing, the fiber is broken down, improving the digestibility. The alkaline nature of the material neutralizes the rumen acidity caused by a highly-fermentable diet. The higher and more stable rumen pH increases dry matter intake, allowing the use of more highly fermentable materials in the diet, without risk of acidosis.
