The Eagle Tall PRO XS from Eagle Product Inspection is an x-ray inspection system for cans, jars and bottles and is ideal for manufacturers with limited line space. It provides contamination detection and automatic rejection of the following foreign objects in the food, beverages, pet food and pharmaceutical/personal care industries: glass shards (including glass contamination within glass containers), metal fragments (including metal within foil and metalized film packaging), mineral stone, some plastic and rubber compounds, and calcified bone.
It is capable of detecting dented cans and gross seam defects and can also help to maximize overall production line efficiency by reducing rotary cooker jams in canning.
