G Mondini-Ulma offers a tray skin solution for tray sealing, compatible with its EVO and Trave ranges of machines. The system produces a vacuum pack on a pre-formed tray, and is capable of MAP tray sealing, tray skin packaging and Super protruding skin packing. Three solutions are offered: standard skin for low-profile items like small cuts of meat, protruding skin for meat portions and steak, and Super protruding for larger meat joints.
