- The Egg Tester Ultimate electronically measures and calculates egg weight, albumen height, yolk color, Haugh unit, USDA grade, eggshell strength and eggshell thickness with one unit. The measurement time is approximately 17 seconds per set. Displays and prints the measured values and calculated values. Proprietary Software compatible with an external PC, allowing two ways of communication to the PC through USB cable and Wi-Fi.
