Perten Instruments says its DA 7300 in-line NIR analyzer is certified by the U.S. Department of Agriculture as being in compliance with NSF/ANSI/3-A 14159-1-2010 Hygiene Requirements for the Design of Meat and Poultry Processing Equipment. The DA 7300 continuously analyzes moving products for parameters such as moisture, protein, fat and others. It also incorporates a real-time video camera.
