Pfizer Animal Health's anticoccidial Cygro 10G is for use in broilers and turkeys. The production process uses a mineral carrier, rather than corn cob, with the anticoccidial agent mixed with the carrier instead of being sprayed. Cygro 10G maduramicin ammonium is a monovalent glycoside ionophore, which has a different affinity for monovalent cations compared with other ionophores.
