The Thermo Fisher Scientific E Scan analyzer is now available for ground meat applications. The analyzer proves real-time fat, protein and moisture percentage information. Using guided microwave spectrometer technology, the E Scan analyzer uses no moving parts or optical sensors. The analyzer continuously measures the ground meet coming through the pipeline and displays the information on a 15 inch screen.
