The ORKA Food Technology Egg Analyzer measures egg weight, albumen height and yolk color without touching the egg. The analyzer automatically calculates Haugh units and prints those values on the built-in printer. Highly accurate, the Egg Analyzer shortens the measurement time to approximately 17 seconds per set. The proprietary software is compatible with an external computer.
