The Pas Reform SmartCount chick analyzer counts, vaccinates, and analyzes day old chicks. With the integrated Vision Technology, SmartCount analyzes and counts groups of day-old chicks. The analyzer then uses image sequencing to process the chicks in a stress-free environment at a rate of 60,000 chicks per hour. SmartCount can distribute chicks evenly into boxes at the end of the conveyor and provide spray vaccinations.
