The Flexicon TIP-TITE Sanitary Box Dumper material transporter forms a dust-tight seal between the container and the equipment, tips the container and discharges bulk material at a controlled rate. The unit can raise boxes weighing up 2,500 pounds and measuring up to 36 to 48 inches in width and 39 to 44 inches in height. Dual hyradulic cylinders lift the container platform, then pivot the platform. A pneumatically-actuated slide gate controls flow of material out of the container.
