The Stolz Cyrogenic Mixer food processor is designed for frozen foods. Equipped with a double rotor with paddles, the mixer can process several products in 45 to 60 seconds.  Sauce and spice injections provide regular homogeneous coating. The Cyrogenic Mixer also features a nitrogen injection system and sensor controlled temperature.
