The Sairem AMW batch ovens can process two 25 kilograms of meat in a few minutes. The oven comes in 100, 200 or 400 batch sizes. The 915 megahertz microwaves tempers an average of 150 kilograms an hour, from -20C to -2C, and are suited for small to medium capacities.
