The TPC Wire & Cable Defender antimicrobial cable jacket eliminates more than 99 percent of bacteria and fungus within 24 hours of exposure. The bright green jacket contains a silver ion based antimicrobial additive that provides long-term, broad spectrum protection that does not transfer to the skin or other services. The Defender also resists harsh chemicals including oils, acids, and solvents. The cable is 600 volt rated and can tolerate temperatures between -60C and 150C.
