CVP Systems now offers their Z-2200 and Z-2500 automatic modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) machines for large packages such as food service and institutional uses. These machines automatically for bags, fill, vacuum and gas flush at rates up to 50 packs/minute. They have been designed for 8-piece cut-up poultry, 5-20lb (2.2-9.1kg) packs of diced and sliced meats, and cooked meats. They are capable of seal-only, vacuum or vacuum with gas flush to offer maximum flexibility. Horizontal operation fits into low ceiling heights.
