The Bettcher Foodservice 2NI Power Knife features a quick-change cutting head that allows one power unit to cut different types of meat without cross contamination. A 360 degree cutting head with engineered serrations can cut meat in any direction. An adjustable depth control gauge produces uniform meat slices while controlling the consistency and thickness of the meat. The 2NI Power Knife also includes a safety shut-off feature.
